Corrections policy
We correct factual errors promptly and transparently. Material changes are summarized in our project changelog, and facility pages reflect corrected data after the next build.
What we correct
- Wrong facility details (name, city, state, ownership type, identifier).
- Mismatched or outdated metrics where an official source shows a different value.
- Broken links or misdirected pages.
How to request a correction
Email [email protected] with:
- The page URL you’re referencing.
- The exact text or number that looks wrong.
- The correct value (if known) and a link to an official source.
- Your relationship to the facility (optional).
Please don’t include patient information or other sensitive data in your email.
What happens next
- We review the report and verify against official sources.
- Confirmed fixes flow into the next monthly refresh (or sooner for major issues).
- We summarize material corrections in our changelog.
